MysqlndUhConnection::charsetName

Returns the default character set for the database connection

Description

public string MysqlndUhConnection::charsetName ( mysqlnd_connection $connection )

Returns the default character set for the database connection.

Parameters

connection

Mysqlnd connection handle. Do not modify!

Return Values

The default character set.
