Detects whether event is pending or scheduled

Description

Detects whether event is pending or scheduled

Parameters

flags: One of, or a composition of the following constants: Event::READ , Event::WRITE , Event::TIMEOUT , Event::SIGNAL .

Return Values

Returns TRUE if event is pending or scheduled. Otherwise FALSE.
